Born Jeffrey-Paul Valenti in Hartford, CT to a working-class Italian-American family; JP learned at an early age the importance of hard work, dedication and perseverance. His parents Paula and Jeffery Valenti constantly instilled in him the idea that he could become anything he set his mind to. From the time he was a young child he has always gravitated toward creative arts. Whether it was writing, doing comedic impressions or creating his own talk show. In addition to this, JP has always been very active in athletics. Participating in sports like Baseball, Football, Track & Field, Soccer and Basketball. He attended the University of Connecticut where he double majored in Communication Sciences and Sociology. After college, JP worked as a Analyst for a Manufacturing Company, Technician for the State Police Firearms Unit and as a Recruiter for an IT consulting firm, before ultimately deciding to pursue his passion for acting and entertaining. He was selected for a featured spread in Imagine Magazine as well as winning the 2016 Shooting Star Award. He is most known for his recurring role on PBS’s The Cobblestone Corridor, his live action role in Rock Band IV: Rocumentary, as well as well as his notable role in the Wayfair “Drop The Mic” Commercial campaign.
